Turnover / Make-Ready Cleans
What’s included in a turnover / make-ready clean?
A turnover clean is a top-to-bottom reset focused on rental presentation: kitchens and bathrooms, floors, baseboards, doors/frames, fixtures, and surfaces throughout. Our goal is a unit that looks fresh, professional, and showing-ready.
How quickly can you schedule a turnover clean?
We build our schedule around property timelines. The fastest way to lock it in is to text or call with the address, size (beds/baths), and target deadline. If you have multiple turnovers, we can coordinate a repeatable process that keeps your units moving.
Do you handle “trash-out light” or heavy buildup units?
Yes—with the right expectations. If the unit has heavy buildup or leftover items, we’ll ask for a few details (or photos) and quote it as a deep turnover. Light debris can be handled; larger trash-outs may require separate hauling, but we’ll help you plan the clean so nothing gets missed.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleans
What’s the difference between a move-out clean and a turnover clean?
They’re similar, but the focus changes. A move-out clean often prioritizes “condition” items and reach—inside areas, edges, and the spots that stand out on final walkthrough. A turnover clean is geared toward rent-ready presentation for the next tenant and showing photos.
Do you clean inside cabinets, closets, fridge, or oven?
We can. Many move-outs include inside cabinets and closets, and we offer fridge/oven interiors as add-ons. Access matters—if items are removed and areas are reachable, we’ll schedule enough time to do it correctly.
When should the clean be scheduled—before or after keys are returned?
For best results, schedule after the unit is fully empty and keys are returned (or once access is confirmed). That lets us reach corners, baseboards, and floors without obstacles. For move-ins, cleaning is best before furniture arrives so everything is truly ready.
Recurring Property Management Cleans
What types of properties do you service for recurring cleans?
We support property managers with recurring cleaning for common areas, model units, vacant units that need light upkeep, and pre-showing refreshes. If you tell us the scope and frequency, we’ll build a consistent plan.
Can you use our checklist or standardize your own for our team?
Yes. If you already have a checklist, we’ll follow it. If not, we can provide a clear make-ready checklist tailored to your properties so turnovers stay consistent and easy to verify.
How do you handle access, lockboxes, and job completion updates?
We’re used to lockboxes, door codes, and key pickup/drop procedures. If you want, we can provide simple before/after photos and a completion text so you know the unit is ready for inspection or showing.
