What’s the difference between an introductory clean and recurring service?
An introductory clean is the first visit that helps us “catch up” your home to a solid baseline. After that, recurring cleans (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) keep everything maintained with consistent results and less time needed each visit.
How often should I schedule recurring cleans?
Most clients choose biweekly for the best balance of cleanliness and cost. Weekly is ideal for busy households, kids, pets, or frequent guests. Monthly works well for lower-traffic homes but may require extra time if buildup returns.
Do I need to be home, and what should I do before you arrive?
You don’t have to be home. Many clients provide a door code or key instructions. To help us work efficiently, we recommend a quick tidy-up (pick up clutter, clear counters if possible), and let us know about any priority areas or rooms you want skipped.
Deep Cleans
What’s included in a deep clean that isn’t in a recurring clean?
Deep cleans focus on extra detail—more thorough scrubbing, edges/corners, baseboards, door frames, buildup areas, and other “missed over time” spots. It’s ideal when things need a reset before moving to a recurring schedule.
How long does a deep clean take?
It depends on your home’s size and condition. Deep cleans take longer than maintenance visits because we’re doing detail work and addressing buildup. If you tell us your square footage and priority areas, we can give you a clear expectation before we arrive.
Can I add “inside the fridge/oven” or interior windows to a deep clean?
Absolutely. Those are common add-ons. Just let us know ahead of time so we schedule enough time and bring the right supplies. If the appliance is empty and accessible, we can usually take care of it during your visit.

What’s included in a move-in/move-out clean?
Move-in/move-out cleans are a top-to-bottom reset focused on the details that matter during a turnover— kitchens and bathrooms, floors, baseboards, doors/frames, and surfaces throughout. We aim to leave the home fresh, presentable, and ready for the next chapter.
Do you clean inside cabinets, closets, fridge, or oven?
We can. Many move-out cleans include inside cabinets and closets, and we also offer fridge/oven interior as add-ons. The key is access—if items are removed and areas are reachable, we can schedule time to handle them properly.
When should I schedule my move-out clean—before or after the movers?
For best results, schedule the clean after everything is moved out. That lets us reach corners, baseboards, and floors without obstacles. If you’re moving in, we recommend cleaning before furniture arrives so the home is truly ready.
